this infinite 100 is coming back.. since i do not have broadband device , can I just use mobile tether to a computer or laptop ?? will it work ??

same here. jb. when I bought it speed is 30mnps+, after one month the max I can get is around 20mbps only. sometimes I fell like kena tipu too. last night really bad of all time, I need to run speed test many times. whenever YouTube stuck, switch to speedtest, run the test and voila the video will resume again like nothing happened. sigh...

This plan is a scam. I report to SKMM already. Bad performance for weeks.

I admit i was in rage mode just now. But yeah, an angry costumer here.

Mine was in LTE area, Kuala Terengganu. Right now I have to use H+ to get internet connection. 4G no connection at all.

Hopefully they will get back on track. Love-hate moment with Digi Infinite now, really. I can't afford to keep disconnecting again and again. My team needs me in game.

Complaint will improve meh? Same case with both of them..complaint and nothing happen..keep telling us that tower is under maintenance..berapa kali need maintenance lo..After maintenance, getting worst than before...     <5mbps with high latency lo

The worst part is..CS told me that they have solved the issue and upgrade, after that can online with "usable" speed (5~10mbps)..before this was 40mbps minimum consistently..

And guess what...after few day,i can't online again..i called to complaint..another CS told me that nothing have been done to the tower and they still pending to upgrade the tower etc... For me, all those maintenance just an EXCUSE by Digi to layan those complaint.

Worst after sales service ever...but what to do, Digi the only option for me

there is 2 sub line rm 28 & rm 38,..

So meaning if i bought a prepaid, then i cannot buy a new postpaid?

Or same plan getting again.

Urgent question here! My parents are living in another state, very far away from where I'm living now (most of the time overseas as well). The prepaid I am currently using is registered under my mother's name.

I just changed plan to Digi Infinite 150 using my mother's IC this morning. Will the GDEX delivery guy still allow me to collect the sim since I am not the same person as the registered sim's name?

Went to Digi centre yesterday and the staff told me the roam like home for i150 is free forever. some sifu here said it is extended till end of 2018. Wonder which one is true now.

well if you got friend works at digi center/outlet

ask them to make changes to your account for the RM130/months for a period of 6 months contract

Before subscribe i150.. My ambassador 68 speed easily reach 50mbps

One week after using i150.. Speed down to 30
One week after 20mbps

After 3 weeks... Fastest can get only 7mbps...huwaaa..

after whole evening factory reset, reconfig putty lock band and repositioning myc radle + mimo antenna base on RSRQ and SNR Value,

Need help..Is it worth for me to buy i150 if this is digi coverage in my area?
Please help to suggest. Im not looking for 100MBPS speed but if better then 4MB streamyx is enough for me.
