I think digi has hidden cap or whatever

I download something, speed around 3 to 4 Mbps only

then i use mobile phone to do speedtest, while speedtest running, my download at pc shoot to 20Mbps ez pz. when speedtest done the speed down to 3-4Mbps again (speed at my area at this moment)

Added on
It just doesn't make sense, whatever I download, the speed is slow, when I do speedtest, the result can 20-30Mbps pulak rclxub.gif

I guest they are trying to temporary boost network priority when doing speedtest to fake result

hi guys, i got question.

I want to use digi i150 with router huawei b5186.
Reading all those discussion make me confuse.
Some said this modem cannot receive call but allow outgoing call.
Or maybe it is because its s22a and s61a version that cause that problem.
Or other good alternative ?
*
Mine is e5186s-22a and able to receive and make outgoing call. you just need to set router setting to auto network mode instead of 4g mode.

From insider, it is real that digi enable some config to ensure all resource will go to u when u perform speedtest

(Which cause other users drop speed dramatically)

Hence, dun keep perform speedtest...u are affecting other users connect to same tower as u sad.gif

Ur download speed is ur best speed. That is all smile.gif

Hi everyone. Need help here.
I'm using e5186, i put the antenna mimo at some location in my home, can get max speed 70mb when it is five bars. But after while, it dropped to onr bar or two. Then the speed become lower than 10mb.
I need to keep adjust the antenna...
Any help?
*
Find the signal tower near ur area and face ur mimo to the tower direction, this will improve ur signal

Ya but won't reach high speed anymore? I will test it again.
Seems like stable but wont reach high speed. See how later tonight.
If really like that, no point using antenna?

Call Digi to disable for you guys.

Anyway, I have no issue in PJ. I just came home 40 minutes ago, still 70-80Mbps.

Should be only that way console.gif my first charge was before the statement generated on August. I saw it in myDigi itemized usage, then I called to report and they said will refund, but in last month's statement it still charged so I called again and let's wait for this month's statement as well as 2nd and 3rd same value added service charges from different number.
*
Thanks for your advice... icon_rolleyes.gif

So after 1 month, DiGi did refund the money being charged for the value added services 33980 in october bill. rclxms.gif

But they are still charge me 15sen for the same service in november bill. bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

Maybe this is because i just asking them to refund and not stopped the service? rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Another funny thing is i tried sms STOP ALL to 33980 and then 33980 reply me "You are not subscribed to any services." laugh.gif

Same as mine....
Right after speedtest download speed upto 5MB/s but after a while speed drop back to 1MB/s
vmad.gif vmad.gif .....

So i think LTE-A devices not worth anymore because digi infinite is limiting the speed at some of the time....

So I just MNP to digi i150 from umobile p98 and paid rm318 in early November.

Now in mydigi is showing my bill is rm76.93 due and -rm241.07.

Question: does the rm76.93 is what i owe umobile in November, and i need to it pay via digi?

No. Whatever you owe with UM, you gotta settle with them.

That RM 76.93 is prorated amount of your Digi Infinite 150. Your RM 318 will be used to offset all upcoming Infinite payments. You don't need to pay RM 76.93 now until your RM 318 is all offset.

Digi has VoLTE but only for limited devices and does not support routers for VoLTE.
*
Is there a reason digi isn't able to support routers? Due to the incompatible device technology or they just don't want to enable it? hmm.gif

if your pc is usb 2.0, then it might not be sppluy enough power,. best usb 3.0

but when it come to pairing with mr3420 tplink router, the usb port there is abour 700mah,.. so u just need a little bit more than 500mah from usb 2.0
