It does not have contract but u need to pay 1 month + 1 month advance inc GST. Pretty sure this implemented on both i80 and i150. Btw I saw this on the Digi Infinite FB group. Check out the spoiler.

Digi 150 unlimited plan can use torrent without speed throttle down? or need VPN to get full speed with torrent?

Promotion extend more subscriber and more congested.... capped speed and bandwidth then can get more users..

Only first month he use 1.2 tb, but according to him, he had been capped  for following month until now. Where is the 'capped until new  bill cycle' thing? And after 3 months been capped, he terminate and register new one same plan.

So i guess we will never will have truly unlimited on wireless then.. Digi should set maximum usage, 500gb will be reasonable for 150.even 300gb still ok.

Anyone have a 24 hrs speed capped problem like mine? 8mbps top all the time. First two week with i150, my speed is around 30-40mbps.

Already complaining via Digi community, Live Chat and finally the tech person (after more than 4 times requesting Live Chat to open a ticket). They keep telling me "We dont capped Infinite 150" or no such thing "capped" certain user. They ask me to change the SIM at the nearest Digi CS.

Ironically, my Digi Prepaid (Live) easily reached 30-40 mbps with the same device, same area and the same time I use my Infinite 150.

And tonight, Digi get caught when I downloading from their CAPTURE website. It's 4.7MBps (37.6mbps). But when I try another host/youtube, the 8mbps still there.

9xxGB doesnt mean I am traffic hogger. lol. For huge download, I usually schedule my IDM around 1am and above. During peak hours, only my android box/iptv using the i150 and some light surfing via mobile devices.

Because it had been advertised as 'unlimited' ,no speed cap,no thethering quota and so on. And fot the abuse of data matter, digi should clearly stated what kind kind of abuse..i.e GB per month, non mobile connection etc.

Your words reflect who you are. I dont know what kind of people who like to Highlight something that he really dont know and keep talking about it to make others feel unease.

Let say if i did subscribe the 1mbps streamyx, and using 50-100gb/month. Then subscribe to i150, using the same also? People upgrading in many way.  What a waste + lvl 999 stupidity.

But I am willing to help you here, 9xxgb can be easily maxed out by (beside downloading) :
1. Sharing the connection with 6 kids who live in youtube/streaming age.
2. Sharing the connection in the office (my 1mbps fibre optic office connection really suck)
3. When your wife doing the online trading activities.
4. Sharing the connection with your friend when hanging out.

I know you will not satisfied by this answer.. But stop it already because you are not helping at all.

LOL, why this topic again?
A tower can support hundreds or even thousands of users. It won't conngested just by one or few heavy users. Even before unlimited plan, every telco are also facing congested issue, what do you say about this? Advise user who has 5gb plan use only 2gb, and tolerence with other users?

This is totally not the customer problem. Why the customers want to limited by the weakness of the provider? If they do not afford to provide unlimited quota, don't provide it, as customer, i appreciate they do, but i didn't force them. This is an open market, digi provide the plan because market want it, and we pay what digi can afford to us.

Since issues come out, the persons need to take care and responsible are the telco themselves, not customers. Many things they can do like: upgrade the towers, traffic control during peak & congested hour, caching popular contents like facebook, youtube, blocking illegal contents. The worst, if these are not the solutions, stop over-sell the plan. Do some market survey and also their hardware capabilities. When a tower only support 10000 users, warn the registration if it reach 8000. Do let users know they may face congestion issue if they take the plan.

And recommend other users to use 200gb per month, for unlimited(or at least 1tb) plan is funny. For example, shopping centre's parking is full during weekend. I recommend you park only 2 hours, to make it fair and tolerence to other driver who cannot find parking. I guess you will think i am crazy.

Sharing data with my friend is my personal business and it not a suggestion. We pay for it and I did nothing wrong in term of Digi T&C by sharing it with others.

Unfortunately, no unifi in my area. Only 1mbps screamyx supported which  is I am not inerested at all.

And I suggest you to give your "having user using below 200-300gb" idea to Digi as I can see how  concern you are with the network congested issue.

In short, Digi publicly offering the Unlimited Data solution and they supposed to be ready in term of physical infrastructure and solution for any rising issues caused by their Infinite user.

I thought we a agree not to discuss further about this. This is Digi problem about congestion.

And to take buffet as example is totally not related comparison. Think about what u just write. I am not going to comment further.

Believe me, you (or us) won't change anything to digi. Stop making some ridiculous sugguestions. As a telco & business owner, digi will try their best to utilise their network. You know why digi keep extending the i150, because they think they are not yet utilising it yet.
Even all the users follow your suggestions, reduces the usage, digi will thanks to you, they allowed to sell their bandwidth to more users without upgrading it.

I will not further comment this issue, and let digi to handle it themselves.

to make phone call u need to get CPE unit.. look for those have RJ45 port or a phone port at behind.

Currently I am with u-mobile, if I port over, can I get multi sim so that one sim use for phone, while one for home use with lte modem?
