Means the hardware/phone maker need to ask DiGi what is the configuration and then put into their firmware during upgrade. Very specific support needed.

Yes, and if you have root, you can try to modify it.

This is example my phone support Singapore telco but not available for Malaysia telco.

I also have redmi note 3 and Volte not working .is it possible Volte depend on base station?

Not sure about that.

I no longer own the Redmi Note 3. I just tested with an S8 and it is able to get VoLTE while not being listed on the list as well.

But I still need to have correct model right? I can't simply flash it to any phone. Or modem.

That's because DiGi did not update their website.

Either you can copy from other phone, or find other telco mdn file and rename it. A nearest setting may work for our telco.

Try at own risk and no guarantee it works.

I believe that modem require full size sim card (Mini)
If your current phone using micro/nano size, you gonna need a sim adapter.

But I don't really recommend to use sim adapter because in some cases the sim will stuck in the sim slot sweat.gif

digi simcard comes as 3 in 1 simcard.

not a problem at all and no 3rd party adapter needed

Isn't that means the simcard already in the phone?
Not brand new sim card.

No P2P, no port forwarding for CCTV. The rest OK.

Actually you can replace the sim card with the new one at service center.
Not sure if they charge how much (usually below RM10)

But if you want to use the sim card just for the internet, better buy the new one instead dedicated for modem.
So you no need to constant plug in and out the sim to use on the phone.

Just want to test the speed using the new router. Maybe will buy next month before offer end sad.gif

I am not sure why you are repeating what I said to blacktubi. I already said only supported phone can support Volte. That's why I said flashing Volte to e5186 does not mean Volte can be supported by DiGi.
*
Then I am not sure....maybe you can ask some experts here smile.gif
