KPOC is a JV entity, its not a wholly owned subsidiary of Petronas, KPOC comprises of Shell, ConocoPhillip and Petronas.

Nothing wrong in this legal action anyway.

What I mean is, KPOC has the right to pursue the legal action as where its deemed fit.

Whether the claim has its basis or not, up to the arbritation court to decide.

Boat peoples is like a plaque in Malaysia IT/ICT industry... Hope MPM can do something on boat peoples dominance in Malaysia O&G... teruk sangat dah... parahhhh....

Malaysian Indian much more better compare to those from Mainland...

Samsung Engineering got the FEED, licensor (by Air Liquide) and subsequently EPC contract for Sarawak Petchem Methanol project at Bintulu.

Looking at the diagram, on the greenfield scope, there will be two WHP will be out soon : BEDP-A and BEDP-B, and two new pipeline route, 8km and 5km.
