I think snatch the vouchers as a rebate to cover the loses and compensate unfair treatment to the pre-order customers using @Maiden22's method is acceptable. I dint say it is right but...acceptable.

Samsung as one of the biggest companies in the world should bear full responsible for their mistakes over the bug loop vouchers claiming.

Duration
The SAMSUNG GALAXY S8/S8+ RAYA SHOPPING WITH LAZADA (“Promotion”) will run on 21st June 2017 from 10:00 AM onwards till 2nd July 2017 (or while stock last) (“Promotion Period”) at all Samsung Experience Stores (SES/L), Operators, Mass Merchants and participating Samsung authorized dealers (collectively “Participating Outlets”) and Samsung Authorized Partner (on Lazada) only. Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Promotion Period at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
Promotion Period
21st June – 2nd July 2017 (or while stocks last) Voucher validity is limited in time (from 21th June till 31st July 2017).
How to Participate
Purchase one (1) unit of Samsung Galaxy S8 or Samsung Galaxy S8+ in a single receipt within the Promotion Period from the Participating Outlets to be entitled to the promotion as below:-
a. Be the first 10,000 customers to redeem maximum one (1) unit of complimentary Lazada e-vouchers worth RM400 via mySamsung.
b. Redemption of the e-vouchers from mySamsung must be made within the Promotion Period (21st June – 2nd July 2017, or while stocks last), however, the e-vouchers can be used for all Samsung Official Online Store products, all Lazada products but excluding other Electronics categories (Mobiles & Tablets, TV/AV & Wearables, Home Appliances) on Lazada website, mobile website or mobile applications. Products exclusion may apply.
c. mySamsung Rewards Redemption Journey:
1. Purchase S8 | S8+ within the Promotion Period.
2. Log on to mySamsung App and Tap on the Rewards
3. Tap on "Generate Voucher Code". Safekeep your Voucher Code for when you're ready to shop.
4. Tap on "Visit The Website" to access Lazada and shop for your favourite selected Products from Lazada and Samsung Official Online Store.
5. Enter the voucher code upon checkout.
6. You will then enjoy RM400 OFF for the voucher redeemed by you.
Customer’s Covenants For clarification purposes, by participating this Promotion, Customer acknowledges that the e-vouchers are subject to terms and conditions of the issuers, Lazada in Appendix A and the e-vouchers cannot be exchanged with cash or any other item.
The Promotion is open to all residents of Malaysia including Malaysians and non-Malaysians, 18 years of age and above (as at 21st June 2017) except the employees or the immediate families of the Organizer, their affiliates and/or related companies, distributors, retailers, dealers, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies. In the event the consumer is below 18 years old, please seek consent from parent/guardian before participating in this Promotion. Participation by consumers under 18 years old will be deemed to be accompanied with consent by the parent/guardian.
Terms and Conditions of Participation
The Promotion is available during the Promotion Period only. The e-vouchers are on first come first served basis and while stocks last.
The e-vouchers is not redeemable for cash, not exchangeable or transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
Each valid Samsung Account shall only be entitled to maximum one (1) unit of complimentary shopping e-vouchers mentioned above for the entire promotional period.
The Organizer reserves the rights to change the Promotion with products of similar value in the event of out of stocks.
By participating in this Promotion, consumer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein, terms set out by Lazada and decisions of the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law.
The Organizer is not liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the Promotion.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for personal injury which is suffered or sustained during the Promotion Period.
By participating in this Promotion, each consumer agrees to release and hold the Organizer and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the e-voucher, or travel to or from any gift-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
In case of any dispute, the Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision. Organizer’s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
1During the Promotion Period, the Organizer may collect consumers information including personal in the form of, among others, survey forms, redemption of free gift forms, interviews, audio recordings, visual recordings and photographs (whether on our own or by appointed service provided) taken during the Event. In the event of inconsistencies between the terms and conditions found elsewhere with regard to this Promotion (if any) and the Terms and Conditions herein, the latter (i.e. these Terms and Conditions) shall prevail.
These Terms and Condition herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Terms and Conditions for the E-Voucher of Lazada available at /samsung-official-store/
The following terms and conditions apply to the redemption and use of promotional vouchers and voucher codes ("Vouchers").
Vouchers are only valid for all Samsung Official Online Store products, all Lazada products but excluding other Electronics categories (Mobiles & Tablets, TV/AV & Wearables, Home Appliances) on Lazada website, mobile website or mobile applications (iOS & Android)
Products exclusion may apply.
A valid code provided via mySamsung App must be entered at the checkout page in order to redeem a Voucher with no minimum purchase required.
Customers can only redeem up to one Voucher for the entire promotional period.
Customers can only use the Voucher once
Voucher validity is limited in time (from 21th June till 31st July 2017). This guideline overrides any individual voucher policy.
Lazada reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of Vouchers for any reason, including due to:
a. suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or Voucher use;
b. Voucher abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; or
c. Voucher used in bad faith (including resold Vouchers or use of Vouchers by customers purchasing products for the purpose of re-selling)
Unless otherwise stated, Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts
Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific voucher code (for example, duration, eligibility, discount amount and products covered), and will govern the use and redemption of those vouchers
Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash
Lazada will not be liable and/or be required to offer replacement Vouchers, discounts, credits, cash or otherwise compensate customers for:
a. discontinued or cancelled Vouchers;
b. improper use of, or inability to redeem, a Voucher; or

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law.

Lazada reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of Vouchers for any reason, including due to:

i think he was referring to his previous abuse claim. getting new code by calling SME.
current situation, seems like all non-use vouchers already voided.

It was the very first day Samsung issued the 400 vouchers which is tied to the imei.

I bet all parties (the system technician / voucher operators / customer service) are not ready and are not well communicated during that time and I keep claiming that the 400 voucher was not shown in my mysamsung app.

I gave them my imei number and ask them to settle it within 3 hours.

After 1 hour, I found a voucher was pushed into mysamung app.

By the way, I dont think this tactic works anymore as the system technician / voucher operators / customer service aware of this scam.

At least you got the balls to admit unlike Maiden who not only abused but shared the code in Lazada thread. Perhaps he did that on purpose to hide himself or just to create a chaos for Lazada to fulfilled the orders. I believe the mass bulk of that went to the RM200 11st n Lazada because almost everything was sold out in those few hours. I believe the amount involved would be huge.

there was one rm200 code leaked to public and can be used countless times for two days and many people bought using the code. Its purely lazada fault for not setting it right to limit to once usage.

When this voucher thing can be stop, it has been discuss since last thread V7 and until now V8 still talk about it.

You get it congratulation.

Yo get it but keep it and plan to use it on last day, this is your problem if they decide stopping it earlier. Now just pulling out the terms for what. You shall read it earlier instead complain now.

It is clearly mentioned "The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law. Lazada reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of Vouchers for any reason"

Lastly if you don't get it let it be lo.
