In V7 of this thread someone listed on page 111 a good many packages that are safe to disable. However I would advise that you only disable things that you don't intend to use. Most of the package names are somewhat self explanatory

I wouldn't bother doing that as if you kill wrong processes and apps, you might risk ruining your FW or affecting the operations of your phone. Its not that your phone is running any slower now compared to having lesser apps running in the background.

There are a lot of suggestion here but not all are ok with it.
I'm thinking of getting the Spigen Liquid Air Armor but not sure what kind of SP will suite this case.

It is Gorilla Glass 5 but has been tempered by Samsung. Curving it reduces its strength.

liquid armor is quite flimsy at the sides. Easily lifted.

Strength is ok with this glass. Scratch is not ok. S7e is more scratch resistant than s8. Both curved. This is common complaint of GG5
