last time he offer rm9xx for the 1060 6GB, but i bought from shop coz shop got 2+3 years warranty.

my ATI broke after less than 5 years, so now it's worthless, if got warranty, at least that card can be used for less graphic intensive use. Cards nowadays really quality not as good, i bought Zotac btw. not cheap, paid rm1.35k... but at least got warranty.

try pm zerorating, or did you check up dotatech whether they have stock for zotac 1060? the mini edition (1 fan) cost around 1.1k, amp edition (2 fans) 1.35k few months back.

Hey guys you want to hate on me cos of my posts in /k fine la, but please be fair to me. I have been selling so many units with many happy customer.

I sell my units with a 30 days swap or refund. An earlier buyer wanted to swap on his defective card so I did so, leaving me with one unit.

Now I ended up with one unit remaining and two buyers who paid in full. I could only send the item to one of them. So I was willing to sell to the first buyer at 50 below the 2nd buyer.

If you say it's a misjudgement in my side I don't dispute that. But I have no intent on being unethical.

Please be rational and fair to me, just because you hate me doesn't mean you should demonize me.

the buyer with problem card, how much did he pay you for it? and was the deal earlier than the dispute/refunded buyer of 15jun?

i think my solution would be best:

dispute card, refund him (since got option to replace or refund if u didnt have any more cards)

the other two recent purchases, just send them their cards. end of story lo.

If I hadn't already swapped, I could. But I already have done the swap, so don't think I can take it back now.

The very first buyer took the card back in 30th may, way earlier than the other two.

Don't think the first buyer price is relevant for this discussion, it is around the price Memoling paid and it wasn't dealt through Lyn.

And, I help u to summarised the the chronology of the story

Late May/ Early June - buyer A buy 1 unit.
2 weeks later - momoling bought 1 unit
This week - Buyer C bought another unit.
Few weeks ago - buyer A complaining problem, ask for replacement.

So, in summary, u got only 2 unit, and at same time u know u need to replace 1 unit to buyer A, why do u still sell to buyer C?

And, then, why u ask momoling to pay extra, to match buyer C price if he still want it?

If this is not called unethical, I don't have any other words to describe, my engrand no good.

If I were you, just a simple apology to momoling, to everyone and admit you make mistake, being stupid and greedy at that time, and hope everyone will forgive u, at least can salvage whatever reputation u got (old account nie), rather than spin and spin like fidget spinner

ok yeah first buyer 30may is already way past, since u brought the story up (about using 1 card to do swap) only i ask lo.

so if memoling, paid on 15jun and you send it out 16-17june. would the issue have been closed? the rm1200 buyer only paid a few days later right?

The very first buyer only raised the rma issue just before this weekend and I only dealt with him yesterday

I sold to buyer c as he made payment before buyer A raised rma issue


Cos when Memoling paid I had two units inbound and wasn't in my hands yet. And anyway I only ship from Malaysia so I schedule my shipment to be this Tuesday when I bring the units in.

in anycase, with your new info, you should have refunded buyer A, citing no more cards to swap.

Anyway I spoke with both Memoling and the last buyer, the last buyer understand my situation and willing to let go the unit, but now Memoling don't want it anymore. So the point is moot anyway.
