And, I help u to summarised the the chronology of the story

Late May/ Early June - buyer A buy 1 unit.
2 weeks later - momoling bought 1 unit
This week - Buyer C bought another unit.
Few weeks ago - buyer A complaining problem, ask for replacement.

So, in summary, u got only 2 unit, and at same time u know u need to replace 1 unit to buyer A, why do u still sell to buyer C?

And, then, why u ask momoling to pay extra, to match buyer C price if he still want it?

If this is not called unethical, I don't have any other words to describe, my engrand no good.

If I were you, just a simple apology to momoling, to everyone and admit you make mistake, being stupid and greedy at that time, and hope everyone will forgive u, at least can salvage whatever reputation u got (old account nie), rather than spin and spin like fidget spinner

Coz your reputation is oledi down the drain. Doubt anyone would want to deal with you in future......In online trade, reputation is everything, coz the buyer trust you without knowing u, examinining the products physically but to transfer their money to you. And, you decided to spoil your reputation just by RM100+ . Even in future, if you sell anything via COD, doubt anyone would trust you anymore, coz anytime you might ffk citing some buyer offer higher price. And, don't even get me start with any warranty or after sales service
