If we sell Coutinho now, its only 120Mil the most, but if PSG wins their cup this season again, we can sell ole Coutinho to them for 200Mil.

You guys think John Henry silly or stupid ?

RBL doesn't even want to sell us Keita at 70M. Imagine if they know we get 100M for Coutinho, how much RBL would demand for Keita?

Replacement must be bought before selling your top player for big money. Otherwise all clubs will play hard ball and demand huge money for even an average player.

Right now Barcelona is having the same problem. Everyone knows they have 200M from selling Neymar. It's impossible for Barcelona to buy players now without overpaying.

that what i thought happen when liverpool sold torres..sign suarez first and then sold torres...

instead , sold torres then bring carroll in sweat.gif

the market is crazy right now..

I think the real situation is Coutinho said he want to go Barcelona but not to the point of requesting for transfer. I think if Liverpool refuse to sell him, he is okay to continue play for Liverpool.

Liverpool remain adamant that Philippe Coutinho is staying put as the Brazilian battles to prove his fitness in time for Saturday’s Premier League opener at Watford.

Senior Anfield officials have rubbished reports in Spain that the Reds are involved in negotiations with a delegation from Barcelona who flew into the UK today.

Liverpool insist there are no talks because their position remains unchanged that Coutinho isn’t for sale at any price during the current window

Wao, you sure is very positive. laugh.gif

If the report is true, then Coutinho is just being nice, what for if his heart doesn't really want to play for us anymore?

Come on, only 23 days before it's confirmed that we get to keep Cout for another, let's hang on and hope that FSG back Klopp all the way.

I really dont need another reason to hate August..

Soton reluctant to sell Dick to us with grudge and Couth has been remain professional on braca approaches while we also reluctant to sell. So, let the roller coaster ride bored us to death. Until one of the Domino falls.

What's the worse that could happen?
FSG cut him loose to Barca on transfer deadline day & claim got no time to look for replacement.

I think there's a difference in Cout situation as compared to VVD, Keita or even Suarez. All the latter have expressed their desire to leave their club. While we haven't heard such thing from Coutinho, well except maybe rumor from a friend of a friend of uncle grandpa in law etc...

I think its more like, if opportunity to join Barca comes knocking he will take it. But if non, he will stay and not force the move.

Now we wait for Cout next move... rolleyes.gif

I'm not being positive. Actually what I wrote is what I read from RELIABLE (not sources like Express, Metro, unreliable Spanish and Brazilian news) source. In fact, Coutinho was praised for his first class attitude by continue to train and not forcing a move. Stop believing news from those sources. Most of them put clickbait titles. Btw i'm not saying that Coutinho 100% won't move though as we don't know what's in FSG's mind.

If he really really want to go to Barca and don't want to play for liverpool already, he will have force his move already. I'm not saying that Coutinho 100% won't move though as we don't know what's in FSG's mind and maybe Barca might offer something that Coutinho or FSG can't refuse.
