I know it is still early July but we are already down to no. 10th in the table, what a disgrace. Heck, even Brighton is above us, not to mention Everton

QUOTE(yeelong @ Jul 31 2017, 11:02 AM) so far our new boys are doing decent in our preseason, Salah and Solenke are scoring and Robertson did ok (i give 65/100) still can improve. I watched the game, and so far I didn't see anything from him that can be considered as improvement to what we currently have. Well, need to watch more action from him I guess |

Clyne, Gomez, Arnold all fighting for same spot. Good thing, not much gap in term of quality between them.
As for Arnold performance tonite, I say he passed the test. |

Noticed that Salah and firmino temporarily swapped position last nite. Another headache for defenders surely.
In the earlier part of last season we have seen how our attack departments was dynamic n fluid, that opponents having hard time to deal with. This time I think we will see the improved version. |

I think there's a difference in Cout situation as compared to VVD, Keita or even Suarez. All the latter have expressed their desire to leave their club. While we haven't heard such thing from Coutinho, well except maybe rumor from a friend of a friend of uncle grandpa in law etc...
I think its more like, if opportunity to join Barca comes knocking he will take it. But if non, he will stay and not force the move. Now we wait for Cout next move... |

QUOTE(carloz28 @ Aug 11 2017, 09:42 PM) Y blame the player? For all I know Couts was waiting for a huge statement of intent from the useless prick owners for months, only to be rewarded with the likes of Solanke and Robertson. All the hard work of getting into Champions League, all for nothing. Klopp has specifically identified the players he wanted in keita n vvd. It's either those players or we bring no one at all. We don't buy for the sake of spending. But the club's of the respective player wouldn't sell. What more we can do than hoping the player to request transfer. If there are one party to blame, it's FSG. Forever in rebuilding mode. Inb4: 'No player bigger than the club' If there is anyone to blame, I blame those insider who leaked our negotiation with vvd. Anyway, if cout wishes to leave just let him. I wouldn't want to keep unhappy player. Let him works his magic in Spain. I'm sure will keep watching him from far and enjoy his football. |

QUOTE(wholaimi @ Aug 14 2017, 11:53 AM) what irritate me the most was when we were leading the game and got 10 mins left to go, we started playing long ball shit. defenders or goalie got the ball and quickly bang upwards asking mane n co to chase the ball...which 90% of it watford defenders already ready to catch and ready to attack. can't they just move the ball all around making watfords chasing shadows. FFS play f**king football laa wei Another stat for you:Watford had only 4 shots on target and converted three. Is that due to our defend, goalkepeer... ? |

QUOTE(RedSiglap56 @ Aug 27 2017, 11:52 PM) We have a good lead but we are not exactly in control. Yes since we can't defend, attack is the only way....We have to come out in the second half with our guns blazing and be quicker with the clearances. Hendo, Gini and Can are all playing well. Only Salah looks a bit off the pace. So far the threat coming from gomez side... should we be concerned...? |

QUOTE(lp16 @ Aug 28 2017, 05:58 AM) A fantastic week for us, huge win over Arse, forwards blazing hot, midfield clicked, clean sheet and defense held their lines well. Only GK needs to stop giving us entertainment. Just have to make sure that we carry the same.momentum.Truly feel that we need to sort out Can's contract fast. Offload unwanted players fast and Get a few more players before TW closes and we're basically good to go. Now for a break before we face the mighty City. WILL BE A CRACKING GAME THIS Anyway, I must give credit to klopp for making the team gel especially the midfield. On paper you wouldn't think that a trio of hendo, can n Gini would dominate, let alone perform like a world beater. But they execute system perfectly |
