i would like to buy a ps3 in near future, i kinda confuse with the connection to audio.
I own a LCD monitor with hdmi, but the monitor itself no have spaker, how im going to connect to my Creative 5.1 speaker system?

my bro bought 1 at terminal 1 back when the price is RM1k .. i dun remember the shop name .. it's on the second floor. but the shop almost cheated him with refurb set, he go back again n ask why serial number not same with box. then they replace with new one

isn't lcd is an upgrade of crt tv?

replace the ribbon, replace the tv cable.

i don't think the ps2 cable is the problem ..
bcause on CRT tv,it works fine

if got sparepart of cos can diy. if not cable then your tv lo.

ok the cable works now. got colour but the picture is not full screen and its pixelated bcause the screen too big.. cannot edit?

and i can play games but it still scracth my disc in big circle.

Get Component Cable if you're using LCD. The cable with 5 plugs - 3 video cables (Blue, Red, Green) and 2 Audio (White/Red) to have better clarity.

umm... is there any place here in KL where i can get my PS2 modded? it's a slim SCPH-90002 CB model. btw, how much would it roughly cost?

2. Does a PS2 slim adaptor run on PS2 phat? (It probably doesn't, though)
3. I CAN'T FIND A SINGLE PLACE WHERE THEY SELL A PHAT PS2 ADAPTOR!
NOT EVEN IN MUDAH! Where can I find a place to purchase that?

Hi, I finally got myself a HD Box Pro to connect my fat 10 yrs old modded PS2 to my HP LCD monitor. My PS2 works perfectly on my TV, but on my monitor the display is black and white.

Right now I'm connecting my PS2 using the normal (original,old) Yellow Red White cable to VGA on my monitor.... From what I've read on this forum, will buying Component Cable fix it?
