Any dual SIM phone can do this, I have been doing it since LG V10, then moved to OnePlus 3T and now using LG V30+.

Normal data plans all allow hotspot only Infinite 80/100 doesn't allow or has allocated hotspot data.

Yes, but it has grace period of 90 days if I'm not mistaken, some plans 75 days. So, please take note of yourself and reload/extend validity by then, else your no. will be terminated.

Your credit will not be disappeared so long your no. is not terminated.

Actually you can just extend the validity for 1 day RM 1 and that extends another 75 days/90 days grace period.
I also have XOX but I prefer Digi for its cheaper data package, so I keep one spare number in Digi and will lend to my overseas visitor to use when she is in Malaysia. I will just set in calendar to extend 1 day validity to ensure no. is not terminated.
