Based on his confident reply and my wishful thinking, he's right. I just plan to get 1 line to try first. Been on Maxis all this while. Can't wait to try Digi. Only RM50, it's a no-brainer.

Indeed, I'm using Maxis and I'm paying 128+48+48 for 3 lines. RM74 a month more than Digi!

I think what he/she's means is even you've subscribed just for you only, you need to pay RM150. So basically what he/she's says:

1 Principal (no sub line): RM150
1 Principal + 1 sub line: RM150
1 Principal + 2 sub lines: RM150

but would be more accurate like this:
1 Principal (2 unused lines): RM150
1 Principal + 1 sub line (1 unused line): RM150

Should be true why wouldnt it. I am using the family plan before it, almost rm400 per month for 5 lines. With this, rm250 for 4. I think this a pretty good deal. But i still need to convince the other family members using the rm110 plan(25gb)

The downside of family plan is, the port out process is going to be very messy in future if any of the family members want to get their own plan.

Emm my aunt port out last month, settled in one visit to the branch. Nothing messy from my end~

Unless you meant with the new plan, i think yeah thats probably gonna need some replanning, etc of the bill management.

Expensive price. Less people. Fast speed.

Anyway, Digi is more good than Celcom & Maxis.
Always update their plan. Celcom lazy. App also 2017 to launch? What a lousy telco..

True that. Very few complains with Maxis. Their service is very consistent. All my postpaid are with them. All prepaids are with digi because of SLL RM38.

So far I'm very happy with Digi, my locations are having superb connection. For the price I paid, worth for it. Well, Maxis may be better in my areas but definitely won't be any cheaper than Digi.

I can get consistently 80Mbps in my PJ house. I'm a happy girl.

But nowdays esp. this few weeks back.. a lot unhappy customers due to inconsistence connections..

Yes, I must admit these few days the speed fluctuates a lot, can spike up and drop up instantly too.

prior to this, the speed my be up and down. but lately, in cheras/seri kembangan, i can get up to 130 MBs, prior to that it was 30-90 only...

but certain port in PJ is horrible and OKR area is horrible late this year, perhaps due to spectrum reallocation..

I'm in PJ, highest speed clocked in my room was 100Mbps but always consistently 80Mbps. Now can be from 15Mbps to 80Mbps, every minute, every second depending on the mood. Oh well, at least 15Mbps using alone is still sufficient and it will spike its own. I don't really bother anymore unless it is super slow and doesn't spike back.

I give them some benefits of doubt that it is network issue before escalating...
