Yes, I must admit these few days the speed fluctuates a lot, can spike up and drop up instantly too. 
prior to this, the speed my be up and down. but lately, in cheras/seri kembangan, i can get up to 130 MBs, prior to that it was 30-90 only...but certain port in PJ is horrible and OKR area is horrible late this year, perhaps due to spectrum reallocation..
