As i knew dev got some issue with local authority. Dont tink they can resume work tat soon. Good lucks!

as i know, for Section A, which is phase 1, only have level 3,12&14 have unit available, other levels no more unit. For section B, which is phase 2, i m not very sure with the sales volume, but the price is higher than section A

Section A almost fully sold out. Section B still have some. According to developer.

Ownstay unit layout almost sold out. Wa, seems like a lot of people choose this property to ownstay. Maybe because of the dash highway near this condo.

Investment wise, kinda not bad, coz land price there expensive dy.

The location used to horrible but not anymore.
Quite easy to rent units around this area wor.

DK impian got dual key concept and price affordable .Look good to buy for invest. near help university and surrounded with International Fnb. good for invest ?

I don't think there are any condo/Soho available in that area except this and Nadayu 801(Rumah Selangorku). Other than that, apartments.....

1) for dual key units RM1,000 subsidy for 10 years (totaling to RM120,000)
2) subsidy for dual key RM600 cash every month for 3 years , can be used to deduct SPA price by RM21,600 ( 3 years x 12 months x RM600).
