The surrounding apartment valuation is around RM250K - RM350K.
Here, if we talking about high rise building, u got no choices but only have apartment to choose, new project? don't even have other than this, even Malton having a piece of land at nearby area.
Forget about the Segi, forget about the airport and forget about the MRT, look into the living behavior around that area, just the population and work force there able to sustain rental d.
Planning to go look see.....My parents live nearby @ subang bestari.....my workplace is not that far......the 0 downpayment is tempting......Planning to buy n stay there....
I myself lived in that area since 2005 until 2016.....It changed a lot. People used to get rob when going to Subang Bestari back in 2005.
Now its getting busy (Traffic is hell but there are multiple exits, 2 in Subang 2 - KFC and the Furniture Shop, Star Avenue Exit, Direct Exit to Guthrie via Elmina, Direct access to Denai Alam via Elmina).
Star Avenue, Kwasa MRT, DASH Highway, near to KTM Subang Airport, near to Subang Airport (Downside though, noise pollution but my current house in Desa Coalfields is beneath the landing path...much more noise polluted compare to my parent house in Subang Bestari and I'm used to it

I don't think there are any condo/Soho available in that area except this and Nadayu 801(Rumah Selangorku). Other than that, apartments.....
