if you're buying for homestay and working nearby , this project has DASH to get you there quickly
if you're buying for investment then there's uni nearby and coming student and working tenant seeing kwasa damansara will be fully developed in the near future. (currently the township is booming with development) having consistent rental income and then capital appreciation from being in close proximity with future development in kwasa damansara

the units will be fitted with Amazon Alexa courtesy of the developer. Old buyers will enjoy this upgrade too.

Anyone bought here ? .

Planning to buy .... Gave the booking.. I think almost all units are sold out.. .

Location wise its good. Not sure about the investment options here ..

How is the accomodation in the nearby area to HELP uni Subang 2. Will getting tenants later for DK Impian be easy to get later?

Not sure about HELP.
But those areas, old apartments rental is around RM 800+ So, rental will be good I think.

Just went to the sales gallery and had a good talk with the SA. Only 2 type of unit left. 2 room unit 2B, and dual key unit 1B.

Am looking to buy 1 for own stay, so most probably getting 2 room unit 2B.

SA said construction target this year end complete. Dash highway also this year end complete wo.

Some cons that i can think of,
- No yard to put washing machine outside.
- influx of Help students?
- possible noisy planes?

Some pros,
- good cashback.
- low density

Any other factor I should consider? hmm

I think location is good.. May be good for renting too ..

cons -- no yard sad.gif & Hall too small..

signed the SPA. Getting it for own stay, any buyer's whatsapp / fb group to join? To sync up on the project updates etc.

Banking hard on the DASH highway. Hopefully done by this year. Near to KD and Ara Damansara, which is good for me.

They referral program now, want to split 50/50? brows.gif
