Bro, I was a sales agent this project previously, I forgot whether the developer got promise to extend or not but I believe for the land currently till 2099 only.

Since launching in 2017, those who bought their unit already waited for almost 5 years and now Covid worst still, keep delaying construction and all the excuses.

Student now all, virtual classes. Not going to work as not walking distance to help. How many students really have a car.

Hi guys, im one of the purchasers of this project, signed spa on jun 2018, which means according to spa developer suppose hand over the key after 36months from the date i sign spa right? but until now the project was still uncompleted, which means i can claim compensation from the developer once the project is completed?

Anyone have any idea hows the site project process so far? when is it possible to get the key.....

They say unfurnished can get the key first on Oct. But furnished owner will only get the key on January. What a sad!!!

hello, same case with me. purchased the unit in dec 2017. i have email them for LAD claim since more than 36 months but no reply from them almost 2 weeks. Call the office and they said got exemption from government since covid. but this not the case since the project already delay before covid.

also my one fully furnished unit and bank already disbursed 100% lone this week but they said key can get on Jan only. how is it possible ya even tho not receive the completed unit as purchased but already pay 💯

this one ... Too many subcontracts. and workers not getting paid . they go . another come again .. then they goo ....

Also lots of complaints from near landed homes ...


Some works are still going inside . No full finished . I think lobby area and all still need to complete.
