even so, the screen will be very laggy,kind of unusable.

If you maxed out at 3MH/s (I assume this is not a typo), then it's Windows 10 update issue. Get the anniversary update and you are good to go.
But that does not mean we fix < 100% mem controller load issue. That's an entirely diff issue.

already in latest update/build allowed in windows update.
but at least in this build., the nvidia "dsr/compute" is working.
just that it will lag the screen and max out at 15-16mhs only.

as for the mem load issue, not really know whats that.
just thought of sharing what my friend did with his 1060.

Equihash on GTX970 is around 292 Sol/s. That's the average performance for all GTX970 using the Nicehash. So your performance is still below the average out there.

Got a few rigs running on galax geforce gtx1060. 140mhz each

Thing is I need to pay 20% maintenance fee every month of whatever I manage to mine as I am parking my rigs in the farm.

Is it more worthy to run my own farm or 20% is fair?

for mining, most important part is the memory. samsung based memory perform best, followed by micron and lastly hynix (true for nvidia card only, amd user please dont bash me), this is based on my experience.

so if u can get a card, regardless of brand, which use samsung memory. you are in luck. most gtx1060 still available on the Malaysia market today are one with hynix, samsung memory all kena rembat already
