sorry but i have to say could be many drivers also feed up with the riders and some of them now become have teksi driver attitude.
we as drivers, we think grab too sided to riders... if u not happy, always can complaint to CS or stop using Grab, its ur right. |

Yes I agree with Grab sometimes on the riders side..I do think they have to make an investigation when something is not right. Hear from both sides..we as drivers, we think grab too sided to riders... if u not happy, always can complaint to CS or stop using Grab, its ur right. Now that I think about it..it could be that they act so badly now due to the overwhelming amount of bad riders as well? |
