Actually the first one reminded me so much like taxi driver..dont wanna use waze. In the journey also dont wanna use..he pretend know the way but then i told him the right way, he actually dont know the way. Just use his own logic. Just like taxi driver. Like to scold n dunno the way but dont wanna use waze..

If the taxi driver infilterate grab, I am fine..but why la their working culture mcm taxi? I actually have trauma with taxi..thats why I am thinking dont wanna use any ride hailing ride..i feel bus is safer now

Could be..but instead of saying just as it is..he instead scold me. The road name in my place is pretty confusing one..
Also, the app was turned on all the time..Im not sure but if no quota mybe he would like just turn off the whole thing?

sorry but i have to say could be many drivers also feed up with the riders and some of them now become have teksi driver attitude.

we as drivers, we think grab too sided to riders...

if u not happy, always can complaint to CS or stop using Grab, its ur right.

Do u know how grab driver was train? Watch the 10min video and that is the training

Often newbie driver has to ask from senior or recruiter for guidance, plus majority of them are not tech-savvy.

Did u use promo/grabshare/grabpay?
I'm a grab driver but i'm totally no problem with the above, only some ignorant passenger have no idea what they just picked...
the reason i asking u is because nowadays grabshare/promo job is overwhelming, kind of like cashless job, and then the driver have to wait for the reimbursement, and not all driver happy with this...

why some driver still complain about promo code reimbursement? I still heard it from my riders who told me that driver were reluctant to pick them up due to promo code.

The promo code will credit into cash wallet on next working day. Driver can cash out Easily from cash wallet.

Yes I agree with Grab sometimes on the riders side..I do think they have to make an investigation when something is not right. Hear from both sides..

Now that I think about it..it could be that they act so badly now due to the overwhelming amount of bad riders as well?

I did for the first one..book his ride add quadruple trouble. He in the end asked me to go to him to thebas stop..it was raining n I have no umbrella so I asked my boss to fetch me. Malu laah my clothes all wet already, i really stained her car seat

And then when go home I asked the grab driver to just drop me somewhere near cause he asked before "this is your house right?". So scared he will pay a visit one day 😨

Many of them are not well inform or didn't read what Grab email to them.

Can't blame them through because they did not check email frequently like us.

Very simple, the customer before u has trigger the driver angriness and it lead them to carry the anger emotion to the next trip.

It can be a lot incident for eg. late min cancellation, customer insist no toll road, customer no show after waiting more than 10mins, customer pin point wrong location etc.

All these lead to boiling mood for driver and they have to face it daily. Do u know how much cancellation rate by customer face by me for the past few weeks, it is almost 10-15% of total jobs. Majority of them pin point wrong location when peak hours (when there is surge) or play around with it. doh.gif

Driver has to face stringent rule and some customer play around with it because of Grab relax rules & regulation towards customer. yawn.gif

I also don't know why they picky about this, but like i said not all driver against this, i accept any job that ping my phone...
There is few times i received so many promo job, like 8 out of 10 of them, and then grabshare job overwhelmed also like 8 out of 10 jobs too...

3 drivers out of how many ?

ive taken more than 100 rides and ive only met with 1 driver with body odour, rest all rides all perfect

Hmm so far they dont complain about this except the first one. That driver also scold me for use promo. He said "u dont even pay a single cent for this u know"

But its as simple as if they want real cash, they maybe ignore the request?

Woaah I did not know this. When they wanna cancel, did they straight click cancel or they call u first?

Yeah it could be that driver got angry due to customer before me. In the car i just keep quiet n didnt say anything..just let him explode all over hahaha hopefully he released enough anger already

Out of..i dont know maybe 200 or 300 rides?
Yes its small percentage but I am talking about why suddenly all so frequent happen a week before raya..could it be due to Raya or could it be due to the quality decline in general?
