Do u know how grab driver was train? Watch the 10min video and that is the training

Often newbie driver has to ask from senior or recruiter for guidance, plus majority of them are not tech-savvy.

Many of them are not well inform or didn't read what Grab email to them.

Can't blame them through because they did not check email frequently like us.

Very simple, the customer before u has trigger the driver angriness and it lead them to carry the anger emotion to the next trip.

It can be a lot incident for eg. late min cancellation, customer insist no toll road, customer no show after waiting more than 10mins, customer pin point wrong location etc.

All these lead to boiling mood for driver and they have to face it daily. Do u know how much cancellation rate by customer face by me for the past few weeks, it is almost 10-15% of total jobs. Majority of them pin point wrong location when peak hours (when there is surge) or play around with it. doh.gif

Driver has to face stringent rule and some customer play around with it because of Grab relax rules & regulation towards customer. yawn.gif

Yeah it could be that driver got angry due to customer before me. In the car i just keep quiet n didnt say anything..just let him explode all over hahaha hopefully he released enough anger already

Customer can just click cancel, i don't know how Grab punishment towards customer cancellation, even driver also keep in the dark when touch about this issue.

Some of them didn't notify driver at all, be it call/sms/in apps messenger.

Some of them is call first, cannot wait or pin point wrong location, then they cancel.

Because the promo code is credited into credit wallet and often delay top up by few days or weeks, causing driver didnt receive any cash on the spot and we have to monitor one by one. Hence most of them boycott when see customer with promo code.

Until the large scale of boycott by driver and Grab decided to rectify problem by promising enter cash wallet by next business day. Previously driver was keeping in dark and there is no clear SOP about promo code.

Some driver I think didn't read what Grab email or driver blog and hence they still boycott it.
