Not really. Usually this happens for oversea items until u need to PM their CS for an actual real-time update.

I noticed their system is slacking. Usually order tracker very fast update even as late as 11PM. Now worse you dont even get an update. Very dangerous. Kenot know when the courier is coming. But if fulfilled by them, mesti veli fast.

Until now mine still haven't stated shipped.

although size 37 is cheaper than other sizes, I don't think it's a glitch, shipping is expensive!

Guys I want to ask, is it normal for Lazada to send email asking for account number, account holder and IC for refund?

I would assume that they would know that information using the card I paid for the order. Previously they just refunded to my card, no need ask so much info.

if bank transfer they will ask details.
