I ordered items worth RM100+ from Lazada, but delivery didn't come eventhough supposed to come yesterday(29), last day to deliver is on Monday, order status page blank, no email or texts received regarding order status. Request CS many times no response. /Abit Rage/

Hey everyone, I want to ask how to apply Dominos code when ordering face to face? Do I tell the cashier what pizza I want to order, then just start reciting the discount codes from the discount picker website? What if the codes doesn't work?

Applying discount codes IRL is so difficult...

I bought flash drive 2 weeks ago, supposed to deliver 1 week ago deadline last Friday. Kept clicking CS but nothing because all of them are busy and even when they pick up its "still processing, please wait" KNNCCB u tink I got patience of saint?

Guys I want to ask, is it normal for Lazada to send email asking for account number, account holder and IC for refund?

I would assume that they would know that information using the card I paid for the order. Previously they just refunded to my card, no need ask so much info.
