never ever buy items from lazada, they send the payment advice on 22/6/17 via citibank.So I check my bank everyday since the day they send out the payment advice but there is no any credit from lazada in my account. Then , I send email but nobody respond my email at all. never ever buy item from lazada as there is lot of clone items & shxt customer service. Another case is the bank details is provided they still open credit note & send me a credit code. I think the customer service still in raya mood, fkxxxg shxt.

this morning after talking to CS to complain about cancelled orders, kena lansi by CS, got frustrated, direct complain at KPDNKK website about lazada.

after KPDNKK send email to lazada, 30 minutes later i received SV.

just a coincidence? anyway thank you KPDNKK. 

Guys I want to ask, is it normal for Lazada to send email asking for account number, account holder and IC for refund?

I would assume that they would know that information using the card I paid for the order. Previously they just refunded to my card, no need ask so much info.
