hye, jux purchased 1st time from lazada few days ago but the item until today still processing. is it normal?

since Lazada started using Lex, delivery became slow

only got email right after purchase. that's it. no updates after that. getting anxious

My milk powder delivered within 24 hours though....

only during Raya. before that very fast
my shipments with LEX all sangkut since last week

via Lex or normal courier?

i ordered two items on Monday, one item via normal courier arrived yesterday, other item with Lex still stuck waiting for delivery..

xiaoyi dashcam, seller is atcetera solutions. didn't mention about ship from oversea thing. anyway the estimated time is 7-11 July..i shall wait then

I am in Northern region and can't complain much with most recent LEX delivery as below:

Arrived: Wed, Jul 5, 2017 at ~3 PM.

Taobao really rolling in money with the shipping fees, 10 people buy thing all ship together but collect 15 ringgit from each person. Was gonna buy porcelain bowl but now nvm

For me if the item price + shipping is still cheaper than the local price, why not? Still a win-win deal

i wasnt sure it was a glitch until they updated the price...i8 version around the same price range
the seller quickly updated the price after i ordered it

I called to Lazada's number this morning and was told delivery failed might not be they delivered but no one receive, they might not have time to send on the day is also classified as delivery failed. I was told just wait for the delivery again these few days until 26/7... they need another 20 days to fulfill my order.
