I am searching for armour skill which has stamina surges, Constitution, evasion & attack boost. May be mix & match with different sets of armour.

Getting bored with grinding bounties.

Nope, stuck in wasteland, my gear not strong enough to tackle newly encountered big monster, Now farming new armor mats & armor spheres.

did u send right after u started the quest?
usually ppl won't come when there's no more reward...

or maybe you're case are the same with my fren...
me and my another fren find it a bit hard to join his quest...keep failing

if sending SOS, send within first 10 minutes. people would less likely to join after 10 minutes since less reward.
