Unless you have a crystal ball to tell which one is HIGH and LOW. HODLing for long term ultimately give good return for those not risking by trying to buy 'low' and sell 'high'

He isn't wrong though. Although we have our different opinions at times and sometimes he's way of conveying his thoughts is a bit harsh.

In times of dropping you got 3 choice:

1. Sell and cut your loss.
2. Sell it and buy it back at a lower price so you get more coins.
3. Just hodl, go out and destress and wait for it to go up.

Option 2 is still selling high, buying lower. Your portfolio networth will be still reducing in fiat value but increasing in coin value. The danger here is that it may rebound at anytime and you might end up selling low buying higher.

The keyword here is not blindly hold, but don't blindly sell as well if the market is bouncing up and down too much.

Of course the general rule is buy low sell high.
Who the f so stupid buy high and sell low.

Me, sometimes. I can't be always so darn correct buying low and selling high. I'm sure 99% of us bought high sell low at least once.

Dump, Pump, Dump, Pump... but pump always lower. Seems like a dumping strategy at the moment. I would exit and wait to re-enter.

Thing is you don't know how many times will they repeat the minor pump and dump. Its their exit right now.

What price you got in? if you planning to HODL for long term, don't bother look at the price, close the laptop, and watch a movie.

I would say, still keep some in your cold storage. Going to monitor for next 4 hours to check what is the support level.

As expected but then you have to remember Luno's chart very irrational one. They will hold like mad and refuse to move at one point...... follow and exit pump and dump is easier on USD Exchange.

Hopefully they can recover from all the rumors that had.
