Personally, I actually do not agree with that.
A lot of people say the same, that the goal of altcoins is just to earn more BTC.
I don't share that view at all.
For me, with the exception of shitcoins (and there are many of those), many altcoins are very valid projects in and of themselves, and deserve to be viewed individually in their own right.

When I buy ETH, or OMG, or NEO, I do not see it as a means to obtain more BTC by trading back into BTC later.
I buy into them purely for the project objectives, and their goal to change the way we do things traditionally, whether smart contracts, payment processing, etc.

But ultimately, we still have to gauge their value by means of a reference, so I use USD as a point of reference instead of satoshi.
Firstly, even if fiat appreciation is my objective, it is an extremely risky move to just hold BTC itself as 100% of my portfolio, so diversification is key.
Secondly, as I mentioned above, we have to consider the individual projects and our support for what they hope to achieve.
Thirdly, it really doesn't matter whether BTC goes up or down as long as the altcoin's fiat value goes up, regardless of how much BTC has moved, as long as we do an instant transaction into BTC and then into fiat directly (minus some spread and transaction fees).

Of course, this is just my personal opinion, and I fully understand that everyone has their own investment objectives.
Also, right now I am investing with an ultimate objective of fiat appreciation, but in future, when bitcoin really starts to become the currency of choice (and I do see a real possibility here), then my investment objective may change to adapt as well.

example if u have 1.5biji BTC in ur wallet and u only want to send out 0.5biji to other,

you can place 1biji to exchange order with ridiculous price, then you send the whole 0.5biji (do not left any amount of btc),

then luno wont charge u any fees, then you may cancel the exchange order and u will see u got 1 whole biji btc.
