Whatapp - Link to googledrive for backup, it will restore when you install on new device.
Contact - just sygn all to you google account (you can double confirm via Google Contact, you shall see all contact here
Wechat - not sure, believe is almost same as whatapp
SMS - not sure, but nowaday still use SMS??
media (step above will restore for whatapp)....

to me, it can be lasted from 7am to 6pm (100% to 5%)

wechat..dunno, not a user..

whatsapp..at old phone, you turn on back up, sync everything up to google..remember to turn on to sync including video/media, after done, sync to the new phone..if I between the sync, there are new conversation, wait till the syncing process done then sync again...1st sync will be slow since it will include videos (if you enabled), subsequent will be fast..
and before your old phone sync process done, dont enable/open whatsapp on your new phone..

contact, if old phone is "new enough", can use nfc to sync when first OP5 setup..if not "new enough" then perhaps can go to old phone contact app, either sync again everything to google then download from new phone, or at old phone, export to new phone via bluetooth..

sms....dunno..

other thing like photo or video, either again, sync to google from old phone then download to new phone, or connect phone to pc, copy content of DCIM folder to PC, then copy them to new phone..
