I concur, the one cameras that pawns the Op5's is the S8/S8+, Note 8 and Iphone 7/7+ at the moment.

As mentioned before, it is compatible. Just that you need to swap the cable to a dash cable because VOOC  cables are non usb type c.
*
Thanks, I miss out that Oppo still using micro USB cable. No wonder it's cheaper.

Actually P10 can beat the OP5 camera... Just the shutter speed of P10 in low light is very the slow

i purchased one more set dash charge adapter and cable from ipmart (RM8x), they said is original brightstar set.
now is on the way, one keep @ home, another for office use.
the battery can stand from 7am to 5pm only for my heavy usage. Ply moba style game(with highest FPS/graphic setting) a lot, 6 games during my breaktime...  brows.gif

Yes should definitely install it. It produces better picture when capturing in HDR+ at low lighting condition. I'm using the stock camera when there's good lighting and google camera for low lighting condition. Or just google camera for still photo and stock camera for video.

Which version did you install? Is touch focus working for you?
I've check xda but there is a lot of version available and the most recent version is very complicated

Hmm... This is different from the one I tried.. this one is definitely better. View finder has slight latency, but photos taken... Wow... Impressed 👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks for the update

Anyone tried the older version (v1.5)?

Supposed to be simpler and much more stable than the recent version
