I am an XMUM student and we are mentally abuse by the management

Ever since MCO & CMCO, the University has been mistreating students in alot of ways.

First, they close off the university which is understandable to prevent virus coming in, BUT not letting students to exercise or do any activities on campus even if we are socially distance is unacceptable. We pay for our fees but they close off the library and canteens. Even if I'm playing football alone they come and kacau us, saying its not allow to touch the ball, government has announced we can play sports individually even football and other sports is allowed.

Second, few days ago I have an emergency to go to the police department to report but the university won't allowed me to go out of campus, even said after coming out u are not allowed in. My hometown is far away from selangor , my stuff are all in uni and is an EMERGENCY that needs the police to take action now. But the university management ignored us. How can we make the decision where it is an emergency and forcing us to make illogical decisions. Similar to the previous post about the dengue case, if he has a serious fever and needs emergency attention, u will still allow him to go out and received treatment?

Third, Management ignoring students on emails, we complained our problems about the closure of facilities, WiFi problems and more but the management never reply yo us. Then what's the point of having feedback policy. And then forcing laws on students without notice, how students know the law if you don't explain to use?

The worst is having DICTATORSHIP PRACTICES ON STUDENTS, I heard my friend from the student council that the university threatened to expel and cause trouble to them if they help students to voice their opinion. It all started with petition on reducing tuition fees during the pandemic and opening non contact sports facilities, after they open the petition the management email the student council and threatened them to take down the petition or not they will expel them from the uni. They even implied that the students of this university has no rights to voice their opinions on the management. After that the university deletes the email and the student Council has no choice. Because of that they have no evidence that the university threatened them and are helpless. Then what's the point of having a student council??? If what they say is true, our voice is consider a crime in this university? Will we get expel if we try to explain our concerns?

It sounds exaggerated but is the truth, countless students are in the campus because they are unable to go home but are really mistreat in the university, please help us get this facts out to any reporter in the country.

the dictator act we can't complaint anything, cause we have no solid prove about it and false accusations will result in heavy fine. ( it is said to be delete by the management).But the rest is the truth and majority of the students have prove for that.

Another clarification is they don't force teaching communism on us, we believe the way they managed the students is similar
