You all too imagination. Don't be dirty minded. I see lot of local Msia more than china student. The student there are very casual. I did ask the consultant why these Chinese student come from China to study in Msia instead they have a bigger Xiamen University in China. Some China student prefer here because in Msia the classes is taught in English while in Xiamen China they taught in Chinese. So they can pickup eniglish language faster.

why they teach in ENGLISH?

Just replying to this comment since it has been 2 and a half  years since then.

The factory outlet, the Horizon Village outlet has been plagued with problems. It was supposed to start construction many years ago, but until now, nothing. The ownership of the land/project changed hands a few times, usually after a period of non-confidence, the owner would sell the project.

It hs NOTHING like a ecommercil hub logistic whatever you want to call it. I would not call it a failure, but it hasn't picked up yet too, despite the completion of many residential and commercial units there.

I think the university is operating below capacity. it looks very sparse, unlike more established universities.

but then again that is expected since it is so new. but the investors who bought units there to cater to these universities are definitely bleeding. A large portion of the town there are landed houses, not ideal to be rented out compared to high-rise. Developer expects people to stay there, but most buyers were Singaporean investors - they came by the buttload.

They don't stay there, they only bought as investments, but the houses are not being tenanted.
