The original fence is flimzy and not flat so I clamp a flat wood from ikea's dismantled furniture to make the fence flat.
Usable lar but eventually I will either mod it or change a proper 6 inch jointer from china.

One advice, check the knife head immediately after you unpack.
Mine comes with blade that will hit the table if set at planing depth at 0. Luckily I didn't power on the machine immediately after unpack.

No, beside the einhell price is cheaper than jet.
By looking at the picture, it looks like
1) Jet has a better fence
2) Jet has to lock for thicknessing table so the alignment won't run during thicknessting.
3) jet comes with leg
4) jet leh, name also win einhell 8 street liao.

Spotted the new GAS 18V-1 on bosch singapore site and i think its around SGD90 solo. Already have the old GAS 18V-Li so won't need this....

anyway bought the GAS 15 PS...haven't use it yet...plan to make use with the small cina made cyclone for sanding. Couldn't find the dust attachment for the bosch jigsaw...anyone knows where can get that at reasonable price?

is there any advantage over the jet model?

if have then use lo...currently don't have circular saw yet, everything cut by the jigsaw or by hand...
last time cut MDF dust spill onto body like no business....everywhere is dirt...have to swwep for long time.
