City status or not doesn't matter to me, what matter is what have been done by Federal/state government since Malaysia Vision Valley was announced few months ago, anyone can update us here.

There is no dedicated website for MVV like what Iskandar Malaysia, the rakyat has no idea what has been achieved so far,  no additiona l/specific tax incentive to encourage more biz to set up in MVV..

It does mattter, because your cukai tanah cukai pintu will go up, and the properties price will going to increase too, because of the bandaraya status

Overpriced? that for sure. If we search subsale house in bss, able to find cheaper around 100k-150k than current price and size more spacious than current new launching. However, most of younger generations unable to afford initial payment for subsale. So, developer offers zero downpayment + cashback is very attractive to those young ppl eventhough it is overpriced.

The Board of Directors of Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the validity of the MOU has expired on 28 February 2018 and the parties hereto have no intention of extending the MOU. Henceforth, the MOU shall cease to have any effect from the date hereof.

As far as I know Kuala Lumpur Air Base has been relocated to eight places :

Without runway
1) Sendayan-training and administrative matters
2) Kajang-31st Royal Artillery Regiment
With runway
3) Ipoh
4) Kuantan
5) Gong Kedak
6) Butterworth
7) Subang-Air Force
8) Subang-Police Airwing

I suppose they don't want to put all eggs (aircrafts & pilots etc) into one basket, investor mind set

On the other hand, training will be centralized in Sendayan unlike previously in Subang, Kinrara & Penang
