Dafuq? My x2 also changed. Anyone tested if its really changed to 30sen/minute or just celcom system fucked up? Their system are known to be the least stable among all main telco.

How to utilize it?

Yeah. Their fb confirmed its correct, its a "readjustment" as per their word. Guess i also need to readjust my decision to stay with celcom. No cheap x2 call rate, no strong enough reason to stay. I still need their awesome coverage for rural areas though so I'll probably port to one of the mvno riding on celcom infra, either tunetalk or onexox. Onexox seems enticing with its 28months validity.

celcom is too much #kelentong. student of x plan also kena readjustment. from 8 sen/30 sec become 30 sen/minute.

I think Celcom should just simplify their offerings.

Their Xpax website needs a revamp - very hard to get any information from it. All over the place.

Celcom beta website still in beta testing.
Maybe celcom will rollout next year.

Anyway, me hope new plan this 2018 after All-New Xpax plan. Free 10GB to stream YouTube...

RM6 credit for call to Celcom network for free.
After exceed RM6 free credit to call. Call charges 30 sen will apply.

Celcom always give this freebies. No wonder celcom is lazy telco. Digi promo much more better.

Anyone knows whether Celcom provides 2 sim card for 1 number ?

Xpax data after finished the quota from the internet plan, is it pay per use data or they just throttle the speed and no extra charge? or they only charge if you even finish the free basic internet of 10gb?

After finish basic internet. You cannot access internet at all.
Dulu senang nak sampai 500MB basic internet. Sekarang x tahu apela diorang buat boleh guna sampai 10GB basic internet speed cap 64kbps....

So sad now all Xpax plan change to latest rates call. Must be someone manager suggest this. All want profits. Don't care customer that use call more than data or not use data at all. As always, bad move from celcom.

Probably, this is the bad after PPU rates charge back in 2014.

My X2, if using that *118*1*4# also shows 30sen/minutes.

But I checked my OCS account. It is still 28sen for more than 2 minutes a call.

Also for SMS, is 2sen Celcom and 8sen non-Celcom.

So my X2 is still X2.

You all X2 users better check your OCS account to confirm your rate. Otherwise buta lose a good package.

Interesting.. This is what I've said earlier, celcom always fucks up, inconsistencies of information scattered in their shitty system. Their fb admin confirmed to me that the info on *118*1*4# are indeed correct. But then again, there are those idiot cs who doesn't even understand their own system and just spurt nonsense.

Someone really need to test this shit out. Call any local mobile number for 2 minutes and see how much the credit are deducted. If its 60sen then its true it changed to 30sen per minute. If it just deducted 28sen then its still following the old rate of 28sen per 10 minutes or 5 minutes to non celcom.

I see. Then it is still ok. Very scared to use those got no capped in speed but pay per use kind of service. Very easy to incur extra charges.

hotlink is better in calls. Rm60 plan is as good as its lowest end postpaid plan. Some more no need to pay GST.

Hi, need advice, I'm currently using Xpax prepaid in my second phone as backup. Problem is I reloaded RM20 for in case of emergency. but to my surprise, my account came to RM 15 something itself. I'm pretty sure I did not use the phone. Is there a way to stop celcom from draining my account. No usage yet my account kept reducing. Thanks in advance

Old Xpax are on PAYU metering because no basic internet.
You put on smartphone or semi-smartphone?

Try to login web online celcom.
There is PAYU menu where we can request it to be Off.
Something like XOX.
Try then.
