No more 3g, only 2g or 4g.

That's the thing with MVNOs. Same-same as the main network they are riding on but not the same. And the issues of OTPs going missing/ not received/ blacklisted/ whitelisted etc etc..

Hence, I always stick to main network for my main number. Too many things linked to that main number.

Oh well, can always port back to Yellow Man if need to and get eSIM on their prepaid.

Is 2g always available?
My area 2g is intermittent. On certain days or hours, 2g is totally out.

Did you restart the phone?

If restart, still the same thing..
Then try another way.. Bring your sim card and put to "another device" (Not your current device), see whether can get 4G or not.

Meanwhile, 5G is coming soon. It's #Tipu5G plan..

Sudden drop to 2G when you really need to use data is so annoying man.

My backup prepaid sim received 25Gb for RM20. But I didn't subscribe. Not needed.

If use more than 25GB per month, or really low usage 5GB < per month then really not suitable to subs.

Yup... I can't even finish my 2Gb / month quota. 95% on WiFi. Hardly need any mobile data.

Updated my phone OS and now I got wifi calling feature. If I disable that, I get VOLTE. Should I enable or disable wifi calling? Does the phone call recipient (the other party of a phone call) needs to have wifi calling for it to work?

Leave it enabled. Certain phone can set priority. VoWiFi first or VolTE first. As for me, I set to VoWifi as 80% - 90% of my time, I'm connected to a very stable wifi backed by solid internet connectivity (100Gbps internet backbone at the office and 300Mbps unifi at home).

I can't even finish up my small 2gb / month data plan

The phone call recipient mode of connectivity not relevant.

it says up to 6 lines at rm40 each, so 2 family lines = rm80? or rm40?

I just bought this today.
Basically your main line can be added with 2x supplementary lines.
The idea that its buy one free one is because both lines gets $20 discount every months. So you pay $40 for both lines combined.

Yeah it’s basically 6 months only right?

After that back to rm40 per line per month.

Quite misleading but oh well, 6 months is still good enough.
