The celcom payment system is kinda shit.
Even if you call to careline to update the payment, they cannot immediately check with you bcause their call center is outsource to 3rd party, but purely does not belong to their own celcom call center.

Unless celcom call you, then that is purely frm celcom, bt not 3rd party.

Luckily I never use. The most lousy customer service, network also lousy in Malaysia.

I only end up using Digi, umobile and maxis.

I believe those the number you already used more than 3 years easily kena hack.
Unless your number previously been port in or port out to other telco, then should b no problem.
Luckily, some of my number already port out from celcom.

Damn, some old number I can't port out to other telco since currently it is legend plan already. bangwall.gif
Kinda troublesome there is no much attractive plan in current market.

I believe still have for yours one, just need to perform manual sms method to the 6 digit code number then able to continue validity 1 yr or 2 yr..

Hi guy, it's seems like celcom customer online portal got some charges regarding the value added service.

If I subscribe the "Block PPU", is it means that unable to access internet even through I turn on mobile data?
Just realize this and can help my old people to block this PPU in case they accidentally turn on the mobile data.

However, port in error problem show you are not eligible to switch our network..

From digi prepaid.. Nothing issued from current telco as mine one is prepaid..
Previously using celcom for the previously number (now in DiGi postpaid).. Previously dispute the case due to keep deductions of credit balance for 3rd party services.. Ask them to investigate why have like that since I never subscribe the 3rd party services...

And then still keep investigate more than 1 month...
Cannot tahan already port out to digi postpaid..

Now I got another number is DiGi prepaid, planning switch to celcom prepaid due to saw their network and service a bit improvement..
But end up still the same shity around same as past 5 years.. puke.gif

Selected customers only.

Last 2 days receive 3rd party sms been deduct RM5 from my credit balance.
Damn I never touch the phone from last week until now, then kena charge for it.

Call customer service, need charge again 50 cent.. (Using celcom blue prepaid)
Then request for refund the RM5, then celcom unable to do so... Ask me to call that unknown number 1300...
They just do the unsubscribe only.

So in the future if kena charge again, then also cannot refund..
Guessing more than 5 years number celcom prepaid, I need to switch to xox..

Last time complained to celcom and celcom say cannot do the refund but they do just for unsubscribe the service.

I guess you complain to that 3rd party Sdn Bhd, it should ignore for it.
