Doesnt seem to be the case...many soho sell more than 230k though...

It is different. I google it. Both mah sing n metro cheras are 2 diff developers.

Am aware of ms project is different.
Only interested to know if the content is referring to this project (metro cheras) If so, at least we know more details while waiting for sales kit (and there are soho units here)

this area... directly opposite my kindergarten across the highway... haha.... but then... i dont think airbnb works here... i dont think there are any commies surrounding.... if wanna use it as airbnb.... alot more better locations along the mrt/lrt line with commies surrounding the condo.... and also this part of cheras... nothing much to attract also.... other than freehold and the direct link to mrt... cant see anything that will be pushing up the price in future... i think driving access in and out of that area also kinda narrow if not mistaken....

End up paying about 400k for a studio although low entry price.

fully furnish from 288k just because its near to mrt station.... liberty arc at ampang also similar price with fully furnishing without mrt access... but then ppl will tot of ampang area as airbnb first before batu 9 of cheras... thats my feeling towards this area... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Thats the concern ...the area stil surrounded by kampung...4 yrs down the road...it will chg? The likelihood is low.
why would ppl stay there? Just for the mrt?...
2 bedded is 490k and 3 bedded is 590k...quiet low density. 1 block for soho (less than 500units) and another block (252 units).
For 2 and 3 bedded (252 units) 823-853 sq ft & to 1093 sq ft.

Bravo for the low density! But nearest commercial area would be Mahkota Cheras or Balakong? I will die of hunger there... Anyway last time Saville Cheras sales not bad too rclxms.gif
