One reason l would like to know if the one bedder belongs Soho/sovo/sofo is that the Selangor gov has earlier set a guildline of max RN230k per unit .....Hmmm...

Am aware of ms project is different.
Only interested to know if the content is referring to this project (metro cheras) If so, at least we know more details while waiting for sales kit (and there are soho units here)
