the site behind saville cheras...i try to send the sales kit later la...too big file.
The issue here is i love the location as it is the only project less than 300k to link with mrt. 48 mths to vp...my concerns are 1) surrounded by undeveloped surrounding 2) Able to get profits after 4 yrs 3) Rental yield for 1 bedded This project is targeting to do bnb..with dobi and cleaning service provided. It is a bit far from city even though it is very near to met station. If it price around 230k then more for rental yield.I did surveyed majority of the 1 bedded in non urban area usually ...doesnt yield much profit... in term of appreciation and rental yield...would this be diff? |

AirBnB generally is not prominent for Cheras, the usual inquiry could be locals asking transit place for wedding actual day or party place, which can turn up to have more things to do afterwards. Yepp..that's the concern with the area surrounded by malay land and nearby development such as you city soho doesnt command high price and rental yield. It is more of residential area with min commercial development. Does majority of the soho...provide any cleaning services etc? The details of the services by the hotelier developer....yet tbc.probably you can drive around and stroll that area and observe deeper to identify usual prospects to take up the rent at there. sometimes, good entry price may not end up to be good investment. I do have hesitation on the future success but the mrt and low entry very tempting.... |
