hardwareshop canot get the CO2 cylinder, but u can get from those CO2 refill shop. they hv some 2nd hand cylinder which is cheaper. but so check the expired date of the tank. also make sure, last time the cylinder is using liquid co2. not powder.

ur HOB slower can it be the inflow there u add a sponge? remove it n see how.

i did saw before co2 tank about 15cm tall... lolz... cost about rm58.... dont think it can last a month also.... doh.gif

co2 refil shop ahh??... hmm... will search around for it... thanks...

i tried removing the sponge off my HOB filter... the flow still vr slow.... datz why i also blur adi.... anyway, kept it running and if really insufficient only see how lor....

nola... my tetras not together with me during accident...

i bought the fishes on thursday nite... i thought they can last till friday nite i bring back ipoh den throw inside da tank...

mana tau friday after work on my way home accident... after settle everything reach home tengok da fish also KO 4 neon tetras adi...

i think i gonna bulldoze my melaka tank... recent pics my friend sent to me doesnt seem to look well... 1 or 2 plant is growing... both some others kinda botak adi... no idea why... da pics look blurry as well... some more he use flash to snap da photo... doh.gif

anyway, this is my makeshift tank... temporary housing 4 rummynose tetra and 1 neon tetra.... 2 pokok and 1 packet of moss.... bought an internal filter to keep the water circulating so da fish got oxygen to survive... sweat.gif sweat.gif

its from penang to ipoh....

da one at the food court rite??... been there once... didnt really notice variety of fishes there... coz dat time jz started setting up da tank, buying plants... haha..

ohya, anywhere in ipoh can get medium/small size co2 tanks??... preferably da tank alone doesnt exceed 100... 2nd also no problem as long as not leaking...

yea i've seen one there.... co2 tank cost rm58.... 10cm tall only.... doh.gif i dont think its refillable...

but what i'm looking for is the size of small fire extinguisher cylinders.... those refillable which at least can last for about half year plus before refilling...

jz now visited LFS in penang... da tauke said got 1 second hand co2 tank selling off for rm120... about 2feet tall normal fire extinguisher... reasonable??... but da regulator he selling at rm70 plus.... not the timed one... jz a normal regulator... i thought normal regulator priced at about rm40 plus??..
