Why is this so called rebate still included into final SPA price and not discounted immediately from the final price?

SA didn't give a good answer but it's like additional money for the buyer wtf

Yeah I guess it's common lately , but I prefer outright discount...which means some ppl don't need to loan the full amount (although it's given back to you as rebates)

also the factored in the future pricing..given the fact that WD factory is closing down i think they increased the price abit for tower b...the area seems to be more appealing now...

if sunway manage to get the land there might be another few more phases to go as they already acquire the land next to WD...which is the current sunway serene go cart location.

Plenty of bigger type units available the last I went there earlier this month...just walk in and enquire...rebates still 20% for bare unit with a/c...in fact their whatapps business account reply quite fast too
