Question - the lands beside Arunya. Has KLM taken over the ownership of the lands?

left side. the ones with the wooden houses.

I asked because when I went to the gallery last year. They showed me the plans etc but can't confirm with me if all the lands in the masterplan has been purchased by KLM/Franky

You can directly ask the agent of KLN Land,not other agents maybe have the answer you want.As far as i know developer actually is already take over,developer will build rumah gantian for wooden houses.When will relocate,then don’t know.Only then can progress,btw not KLM is KLN

hi all, I know this project is very near to HTC right? So some agent told me the HTC will be removed but does this even possible??? any idea guys?

Less popular compared to Lake City and Kiara Bay...

Went to showroom last weekend. Left few units only. Tower B not open yet.

I'm looking at type C 1044sf SPA ranging RM600k-RM700k. Not sure about other type but mostly sold out.

Pro:
According to the developer staff who attended me, the HTC will be shifted to the opposite side but not so soon. Probably towards the end of the master plan. In other words, all the HTC will be on one side if you are familiar with the location. She mentioned the approval has been obtained.

Developer will build a place to allocate those wooden resident at the end area of the master plan.

MRT is 600m away.

Con:
New bus depot is nearby.

Appreciate if anyone could contribute on the pros and cons as well.

I can point out one thing I didn't like about it when I was looking at it... the road from Jalan Segambut. That will be a very bad jam on a daily basis.

I didn't really take into account the masterplan etc as it might take 5 - 10 years / it might not happen as expected at all.

Just went to the showroom last week. The layout is good and affordable. what is the pros and cons for this project? i heard this is a township project..should good to invest + ownstay?
