Yes, definitely. Biggest factor against this developer is that their ability to pull the right mix to rev up this area and development is not too convincing to me at the moment.

Furthermore it still cannot get rid of the jinjiang association now, isn't it?

Went to the sales gallery few weeks back. The showroom not up yet since the land is not cleared for the showroom yet.

The whole stretch of land still has some properties on the land. Basically you will have 2 views.. one towards inside KL and the other facing the warehouses in front of the masterplan.

Oh ya, the masterplan "WILL" include hospitals, shopping malls etc.
