Then there are like a few more projects along that stretch so unless the stretch at Pintasan change, I don't think it's quite convenient during peak hours. |

Anyone know if this developer (Franky Land) can deliver? How about workmanship?
It seems like a good buy, giving the pre-launch price is about RM556 psf, and it's low dense, 631units on a 3.2 arcs land. However, there are no comfirmed development plan yet...want to wait for the showroom to complete first, they might reveal more solid plans.
Any thoughts?

I'd suggest you go and view the current sales gallery then go turn around the proposed development area. Then you'd get a better picture on the project. |
