i feel that this whole eco ardence project is slightly smaller in size, despite the 505 acres township project,
look at the ardence labs, nearby lake, and the sales gallery, feel like small township project, along with the smaller size unit of the house, including semiD, pavillion homes..

505acres not small lah......slightly bigger than DPC leh...

it depends on how EW utilise the land nia.

pavilion homes 'was told' is LinkSMD.

as the land cost goes up.......its difficult to have mansion size home jor.......

p/s - even for dpc, the series that they called it 'mansion' is just link house nia.

500 acres is not small, it depends on master plan, i believe you have this feeling is due to the current public and commercial area is not as big. In another words, it is not like Setia Alam where it has Shopping Mall, Convention Centre, Medical Centre, Setia City Park, Corporate Tower, 4 Stars Hotel and so on.

Another part is probably because we are looking at the half (upper segment) of the project only.

Went to jaya grocery last week, seems able to pull many ppl to drop by..maybe due to the new environment.

However the lake opposite the jaya grocery is still under construction...

Just called them up. this is their latest campaign. so any new purchase will get 10K discount. existing purchaser get extra 5k.

i do not understand the 10k discount means,
as when i buy a new unit, i am entitled the 5% discount off. never encounter the 5k extra case promotion.

Mind to elaborate further?

existing buyer get RM5K voucher - which is transferable.
new buyer - straightaway get RM10k rebate on new purchase + RM5k voucher which is transferable also

Currently I am considering Rimba Villa Vs Dremien.

Rimba Villa - Linked Semi-D, no back road... I heard some said the air ventilation is poor due to high boundary wall at the back. But I love the landscape, facilities and low density (168 units). Discount --5% (early bird) + 1.5% (LCR) very attractive

Dremien - Either Garden Home or Semi-D with back garden (selling point). I heard it is near to high tension cable? higher density than Rimba Villa?
Discount - First time buyer only get 4% discount.

Purpose - Own stay / holiday home

1st phase nia...there are 3 phases.

I thought setia held back the launch due to lukewarm responses.
