i feel that this whole eco ardence project is slightly smaller in size, despite the 505 acres township project,
look at the ardence labs, nearby lake, and the sales gallery, feel like small township project, along with the smaller size unit of the house, including semiD, pavillion homes.. |

Another part is probably because we are looking at the half (upper segment) of the project only. Went to jaya grocery last week, seems able to pull many ppl to drop by..maybe due to the new environment. However the lake opposite the jaya grocery is still under construction... |

guys,
Currently I am considering Rimba Villa Vs Dremien. Rimba Villa - Linked Semi-D, no back road... I heard some said the air ventilation is poor due to high boundary wall at the back. But I love the landscape, facilities and low density (168 units). Discount --5% (early bird) + 1.5% (LCR) very attractive Dremien - Either Garden Home or Semi-D with back garden (selling point). I heard it is near to high tension cable? higher density than Rimba Villa? Discount - First time buyer only get 4% discount. Purpose - Own stay / holiday home Please give me your advice Thanks |

U sure rimba villa only 168units???
1st phase nia...there are 3 phases. I thought setia held back the launch due to lukewarm responses. 22' wide....a bit hardpress to call it lsmd....BU also pretty small. Only price tag is bigger than life |
