Digi said they will improve the connection at my area starting from 1st July by lauching the 900mhz bandwidth.... but I just did a few speed test since morning until now... nothing had been change compare to past 1-2 months since I use this inifite 150 plan...
*
You are not alone. I complained to skmm about congestion at my area, Digi replied that the issue will be resolved by 1st of July. But so far nothing changed as well. Thinking to reopen the case from skmm tomorrow.

Hi guys, need some help,

I just got my digi infinite 150. I'm using iPad Air 2 as portable hotspot to test speed and stuff.

When I connect mibox, I can't str am any movie at all. Izzit block? I'm always connect on 3Gonly. So far since LTE once and not stable
*
Since telco implemented 4g, the 3g speed mostly becomes very slow. My house area 3g only get 1mbps+. My Celcom line on 3g almost not responding unless goes into H+.

So, don't think you can stream smoothly with 3g connection. Try to find sweet spot which can connect to 4g.

You can try to stream YouTube for testing. Think some apps stream using p2p will be blocked by Digi as well.

Anyone got their digi prepaid upgraded to Infinite 150 only after 2 - 3 working days?
*
People only took few minutes to maximum one day... It's not even a postpaid to Infinite plan, shouldn't have any complications. Try complaining to Digi CS and Digi Community Forum.

Digi CS:

plan approval done manually during working days/hours (I responded back by saying, why got ppl submit request night time/midnight, still less than an hour done? - CS replied back, they have team working round the clock)

If really round the clock, mine now already more than 48 hours...

After I pushed further, the live chat ended due to "connection error".. However, I was still browsing the net when that happened..

One CS said one thing, the other said another..

Decided to try my luck by again calling Digi CS. This person "promised" that I will be on Infinite 150 within 24 hours. He also admitted that most people get it done within hours. Lets see
