From one of the best, to one of the worst..

I called their service counter the other day as one of my order was stuck (cant buy or sell in order page), no one picked up their phone... The hell..

Japanese platform, efficient service. Kind of bullshit, tbh.
They were claiming that they are finally profitable and stuff. Pls and better use their profits to upgrade their servers.
