Tm Contractors are trying to cheat customers by paying extra and a lot extra than usual to TM for the extra work taken.

Must stop their act.

I think they will still charge you as there is more work to pull wire through pipes than lay inside those white external ductings.
Also I think they will claim extra charges on the basis of installing hidden wiring even if you already paid and installed internal piping.

By the way TOMEI-R did u get a Fiber Termination Box(FTB)? Or they coil the fiber at the entry hole without FTB and connect directly to the FWS on the internal wall?

nowadays installer nvr provide dy. not sure whether can pay them to get one.

Within one week after installation, the installer is still responsible. Even if you call TM within one week, they will still ask the installers to come and check. After that, TM will take over.

Can try hypptv everywhere apps? How the quality of the connection?

This box is Fiber Wall Socket(FWS) fixed on the internal wall. Most ppl dont get the Fibre Termination Box(FTB) which is fixed on the outer wall. A black Fiber is pulled from the pole to FTB and then a white Fiber is connected to the FWS. For those who are shortchanged n  dont get the FTB, a black fiber is pull to the outer wall, then the fiber is coiled(see pic below) a few rounds for spare b4 it goes thru the wall and connect directly to FWS, then a white fiber will connect to the BTU.

TOMEI-R did u get this coil of black fiber on the outside wall b4 it is connected to the internal wall? It is so ugly n this is where the FTB should be.

Unifi Lite free phone set need to redeem at any nearest TM point within 1 months from activation date (Installation date), but some of TM point CS told my customer need wait for SMS. But according to my admin, some of customer will not get SMS not sure why. Do you have this problem ? Now, regardless get or not just inform TM point CS want to get the set as need to redeem within 1 month, if they reject than jumpa thier punya manager to talk ........

How much should that cost? The shrimp alone..p... I can see it being rm8-10 for one piece, but the squid.. I don't really know the prices.

Actually can buy Android box then install the Hypptv Everywhere but I heard many ppls said the Hypptv Everywhere not very stable.
So for those want get Hypptv pack, straight go for RM179 30Mbps

Depends, now mostly STB provided by TM is locked, not like last time is unlocked and got google play which can install many many apps

Yours is locked? Maybe you can try unlocked if locked. Pls dont do update coz new updates all will locked STB and youtube apps also will hilang

KL area a lot.....here only few I manage to secure. most of them do not have fiber cover.......u kaya la......

Yes ..... submitted a lot but not success, not coverage ya. All copper line, 100% fail on SUBB. Only fiber will be 99%, but fiber also got case some port full. 

Hey guys, for the installation with extra charges ( wiring through roof ), do we pay directly to contractor or it will be charged on the next bill?

I paid RM150.00 for wiring thru roof directly to installer and its stated in acceptance form that I signed.

I just terminate Streamyx 4 mb RM 149 and installed Unifi Lite 10 mb RM 129.

Previously 3rd party agent kept saying there won't be Unifi Lite in my area, only Unifi Advanced RM 179.

Not everyone need Hypptv and land line. Don't trust the 3rd party agent.

Be patient and just wait.

Does anyone know what problem with this ? Only 1 light on. Worried if only mine not working.
